    Hiring a teacher on a temp to perm does work out cheaper than hiring direct, with no impact to the educators pay! They will be paid to AWR but without all the contributions by the school, you save money.

  • We have Teaching Assistants and LSAโ€™s with experience as a 1:1 for SEND and behavioural needs. Our staff are dedicated, passionate and ready to fit in when needed.

  • We have EYP L2โ€™s and 3โ€™s available to help support across your school. Whether it is for ratios, a new intake or a complex year group! Our EYPโ€™s will also have experience working as an LSA to cover their knowledge of SEND and behaviour across EYFS to KS2.
